Wish I knew why this just stopped working two days ago

Mine started doing this today, and it appears to coincide with a forced update to Community Edition, per a popup I saw when I started the XEAMS service, that had stopped and stopped all inbound mailflow.

I have exactly the same problem, it has changed to community edition even though I only have three active users although Xeams says "14136 of Unlimited" (wtf!!!) and I've been hit with a spam attack too, not a happy hector this morning :-(

Graham,

Run Diagnostic Check under Server Configuration and ensure every test passes, particular the one that say Reject Invalid Users. If it does not pass, follow instructions on that screen to fix the problem. If Xeams is telling you 14136 and you just have 3 users, it is very likely your Xeams is not configured correctly.

Contact our support via email if you cannot figure out what is wrong.

Just had my spam filtering stop last night for no apparent reason at all. That is specifically "filter management-> score configuration -> Enable Filtering  had turned itself off.   Xeams had for some reason restarted itself . I have a valid license and am well under my licensed users limit. The server it sits on has been up for over a year and has plenty of HD space. ran the diagnostic check and everything passed with green checkmark. Thought I'd ask here first . Client was unhappy when they woke up to 200 spam emails in inbox this A.M. since their recently PAID Xeams decided to suddenly stop working.

John,

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

For some reason, my user count jumped up to 6. After I fixed that problem, it did not "automagically" start filtering again. You post with the 'That is specifically "filter management-> score configuration -> Enable Filtering  had turned itself off' is the clue I needed to turn filtering back on. Now the past 6 days of all the junk getting through will go back to normal.

Thanks for your help,

Tom
