When installing xeams on a 2008 Windows server, I do not recall anywhere it asks what time zone I'm in. The default is Los Angeles which is 3 hours off. I've searched the forums for the solution and the only thing I found talks about a wrapper.conf file wihich does not exist in the windows version. How do I change this???? BTW - I've posted other questions in this forum and none have ever been answered. Does anyone actually read and answer these??
