Replying to a message from: Gerry

I have xeams set up as a spam firewall forwarding to Exchange 2010 and mostly works as expected. However users cannot restore / mark as good, either using the daily email report or by logging on to the web viewer. It 'goes through the motions' and appears to work but the email is not resent (or at least it is not received by the user). However if I log in as Admin user and restore an email it is resent to the user. I have run the diagnostics and everything passes. Can anyone help please?
